I just purchased my first house, and Ryan, Laurie, Elim, and the rest of his team were an amazing resource to have on my side. I learned so much from Ryan, and instead of getting annoyed with all my questions, he was excited to explain and I could see he cared about making me aware and getting me the best deal; in fact, Ryan found me a better rate even after I was already content with a deal! He supplied countless approval letters, and made so many calls to seller's agents on my behalf. and each time, it was before I could even ask him because he worked so closely with my realtor.
